Overview
Sium Sium Morning, meaning a “leisurely morning,” is a weekend morning exercise event where everyone can enjoy themselves at their own pace in any way that suits their fitness level—whether walking, running, or biking, or even bringing a stroller or their dog. It’s a time to enjoy exercise and experience Seoul’s mornings without the pressure of times or rankings.
