Overview
The Jangseong Hwangryonggang River Autumn Flower Festival is set against the backdrop of the 3.2-kilometer-long Hwangryonggang River. The festival features gardens where visitors can admire a variety of autumn flowers, such as cosmos and zinnias. This festival allows visitors to observe the changing seasons up close as they stroll through the gardens along the riverside and admire the flowers within them.
