Overview
The Baengmaek Festival, which has grown into a representative event of Gangbuk-gu since 2023, aims to help transform Uicheon Stream into a permanent night market and a cultural space centered along the stream. In line with Seoul’s efforts to develop attractions nearby the stream, the festival highlights the area’s scenic waterfront as its main venue.
